1. Call to Order
The Special August 28, 2025 meeting of the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Board of Education was called to order by Superintendent Chad Janzen at 4:36 p.m. The meeting was held at the Northwest AEA, in Room 4.

Motion to set the time and date of public hearing for the conveyance of an easement at the East Campus facility to MidAmerican Energy at 7:15 a.m. on Friday, September 12, 2025 at the NW AEA building, 5800 Discovery Blvd, Sioux City, IA 51111
