     (Salix, IA) - Constance M. “Connie” Wagner, 72 of Salix, died Friday, February 16, 2024 at her residence.
     Funeral Services will be held 10:30 am Friday, February 23, 2024 at the Community Church of Christ, 402 Beall Street, Sloan. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to service time. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service of Sergeant Bluff.
     Connie was born on May 15, 1951 in Davenport, Iowa the daughter of Dr. Raymond and Nancy (Embick) Cole. Connie graduated in 1969 from Westwood High School in Sloan.
     Connie was united in marriage to Dr. Wallace J. Wagner on April 15, 1972 in Salix. Connie was licensed as a X-ray technician and was the office manager at Wagner Chiropractic Clinic in Sioux City for 30 years, After retiring in 2009, Connie and Wally traveled to western Europe and eastern Europe with the Greater Europe Missions, (GEM). By 2015 they were also traveling to Ecuador for medical missions. Connie led many women’s ministries and Bible studies.
     Connie was a talented artist, specializing in China paintings. Connie’s favorite family time was spent at the lake house in Yankton.
     Connie is survived by her husband Dr. Wallace Wagner, sons Dr. Jamison Wagner, Mark Wagner and Daniel (Dana) Wagner, her daughter Dr. Ramah Wagner, 8 grandchildren, brothers Raymond A. Cole, Russell Cole and Rocky Cole, sisters Cathy Clayton, Chris Alexander, Carol Sonnichsen and Carla Thompson.
     She was preceded in death by her parents.
