1. Call to Order
The special May 19, 2026 board meeting of the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Board of Education was called to order by Superintendent Chad Janzen at 7:04 a.m. The meeting was held at the Northwest AEA, in Room 2.
2. Agenda
Motion to approve the agenda.

3. Resignations
Recommendation to approve the resignations as presented:

Freiberg, Austin - High School Social Studies BA Step 2 $53,248, Asst. HS Track Coach
Step 2 $2,903, Junior Class Sponsor Step 1 $4,091. (Pending his release from contract in Sioux City).
