1. Call to Order
The special February 20, 2026, board meeting of the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Board of Education was called to order by President Jeff Wright at 7:30 a.m. The meeting was held at the Northwest AEA, in Room 2.

a. Approve purchase of elementary bleachers
Motion to approve the low bid of $137,900 from Townsend to demo and replace the existing bleachers on the north (home) side of the elementary gym.

b. Approve purchase of pickup to replace the maintenance truck.
Motion to approve the purchase of the replacement maintenance pickup for $25,995 as presented.
