PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORMWATER DISCHARGE
The Woodbury County Secondary Roads Department plans to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Stormwater General Permit No. 2 - Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities.
The stormwater discharge will be from a bridge replacement project located in Woodbury County on 180th St. east 1.6 miles from Lucas Ave. in Section 8 T88N R43W. Stormwater will be discharged to Rock Creek, which goes to the Little Sioux River.
