(SB) – With what’s going on around us, we need to get smart in our purchases. Whether it’s food stuffs, clothing, kitchen utensils, automotive supplies, furniture, electronics, glassware, or all the other stuff on the shelves, in places like Walmart, and online by way of Tik-Tok and junk outlets like TEMU.
Read the labels… especially spotting out the countries of origin.
One, especially, is the Peoples Republic of China (PRC), A.K.A., known as CHICOMs Chinese Communists. They haven’t, don’t, and won’t do us any favors. Regrettably – like a lot of other countries around the globe – we helped them financially and militarily -- during the Sino-Japanese war (1937-1945). That’s right. The Japanese were clubbing the hell out of the Chinese and we came to the rickshaw runners rescue by boycotting oil, food, iron, and steel that Japan was paying America.
Former President Herbert Hoover wrote President Franklin Roosevelt questioning his lack of wisdom in sticking Japan with boycotts. Hoover saw more than Roosevelt did, for lo-and-behold, Japan militarists decided they had no choice but to knock out the U.S. Naval Fleet at Pearl Harbor (Dec. 7, 1941), and thus clear the way for Japan to rule the Pacific and all the islands therein.
For a bloody war in the Far East that wiped out 111,606 American soldiers, sailors and Marines killed in action, and saw 253,142 wounded, and 31,580 missing. Prophetically, Hoover said to Roosevelt in essence, ‘You should have let them burn themselves out,’ meaning let the Japs and Chinese continue their attritional war that would have drained their populations, armies, and resources.
Roosevelt didn’t listen.
Now, years later, here’s the outcome: Japan is a western ally today, while China is our enemy #1.
We should have learned what kind of enemy they are when their Wuhan laboratory created and leaked COVID and allowed it to spread across the globe, causing deaths, and wreaking havoc on America, our people, and our economy. They denied they did so.
The sneaks still deny they unleashed the COVID pandemic on the world. You can count on them to continue lying. It’s their national trait.
Only now are we finding out that they have stolen us blind in our intellectual properties. They freely copy and use our knowledge earned from research and development which America paid for in our tax dollars.
They produce all of our drug medications. (How the hell did that happen?) They’re also the worldwide producer of Fentanyl, heroine, meth, cocaine and every other murderous narcotic that they ship to South and Central America where it’s packaged by the truckload and shipped across all 50 American states.
They’re psychopathic liars.
What can we do about it?
If it reads MADE IN CHINA, let it sit on the shelf. Don’t buy it.
It only takes a minute to discover where your clothes are made, where your appliances come from, textiles, home products, and other items other countries produce for pennies and sell to us for dollars. They employ a labor force that work for mere pennies on the hour. Their employment is swollen sweatshop industry. People to them are a means to an end. Instead of seeing to the welfare of their populations, they build massive land armies and produce nuclear weapons.
Don’t kid yourselves. China needs us; we don’t need them. It’s time to bring the hammer down by refusing to purchase anything and everything they send here.
