Motion by Kirk Moriarty, seconded by Andrea Johnson to Approve the Agenda. Motion Carried. [Unanimous]

3.aOpen Public Hearing - Property Tax Levy
Motion by Andrea Johnson, seconded by Shari Zenor Kiple to Open the Property Tax Levy at 5:31 pm.
Motion Carried. [Unanimous]
3.bProperty Tax Levy Public Hearing
No comments were received from the public.
Andrea Johnson thanked the Departments for doing their best to keep their budgets flat.
Aaron Lincoln said that the County sent out letters to residents regarding the levy rates for city, school and county. The debt service levy will be increased by 35 cents, with everything else remaining the same.
Ron Hanson also thanked the Departments for their work on their budgets.
