(SBA) - Sergeant Bluff-Luton senior Bre Van Den Top capped off an outstanding volleyball season by being named the only unanimous selection to the All-Missouri River Activities Conference (MRAC) First Team. The middle hitter’s dominant play helped lead the Warriors to an undefeated 7-0 conference record and a trip to the state quarterfinals.
Van Den Top’s numbers tell the story of her impact:
303 kills on 812 attempts with a .143 hitting efficiency
26 blocks and 89 digs
37 service aces with nearly 90% serving accuracy
Her leadership and consistency made her a standout in a competitive MRAC field. Adding to her accomplishments, Van Den Top recently signed to continue her volleyball career at the University of Sioux Falls, where she will join the Cougars next season.
The Warriors’ success this year reflects the strength of their roster and coaching staff, but Van Den Top’s unanimous selection underscores her exceptional performance and reputation among conference coaches.
